Willow

If you have ever contacted our support department with a question about ScreenFlow, chances are you’ve come into contact with Willow.  And if you’ve had the occasion to talk to her on the phone, you might have thought, “Hmmm… that voice sounds familiar…” (But then you thought, “Well, that’s crazy, I’ve never talked to her”  Ahh, but maybe you have heard her!)

Willow is Telestream’s resident entertainer, performer and vocalist– AND ScreenFlow support specialist. Willow comes from a family of entertainers; her aunt was the legendary Fay Wray, King Kong’s fatal attraction. Not only does she sing and perform professionally, but she’s lent her voice to numerous cartoon characters and hundreds of radio and television commercials for companies such as Hershey’s, Levi’s, PacificBell, Microsoft, Citicorp, to name a few.  She has performed in rock bands and coffee houses, and as if she’s not busy enough already, she currently teaches a class on animated singing!

Willow joined Telestream several years ago and immediately turned her attention to the intricacies of audio and video encoding, picking this up with ease. She quickly mastered many of Telestream’s products, particularly ScreenFlow, which she “PWNED” virtually overnight.

Willow can answer just about any perplexing question you can come up with about ScreenFlow. Whether it is has to do with licensing, editing, recording, troubleshooting or best practices – if there is a way, Willow will learn it and master it.

She is an outstanding voice talent, but what’s her greatest party trick? Her ability to mimic many popular vocalists and movie personalities.

Next time you call: Ask Willow to respond to your ScreenFlow question as Katharine Hepburn… it’s almost eerie.
