This is a free update for existing ScreenFlow 3.x customers and a $29 paid upgrade for ScreenFlow 2.x customers.

What’s the news with these two releases?

Version 3.0.4 was another joyful maintenance release – which furthers us along on our utopian path towards a bug-free world.

No sooner had we prepped that for release, when Apple announced the developer preview of their new OS 10.8 Mountain Lion. So, we quickly released 3.0.5 to make it possible for developers working with Mountain Lion beta to use ScreenFlow in that environment (although not officially supported, this should enable developers to at least fire up the software and do some screencasts).

You can read our release notes for a full list of changes.

If you’re already a 3.x user, the easiest way to update is to “Check for updates” from within the ScreenFlow application. Alternatively, you can go to our website, where there are instructions on how to upgrade.
