Follow up on CES Telestream Live Show

Share

This Thursday 1/26, I Eric Norrell, Desktop Applications Specialist with Telestream will be doing a follow up show to my CES wrap show to talk about how to use Telestream Products in such a production. I will also talk about the troubles I encountered during production, and things that could have gone better.

I will be showing how I used Screenflow and Wirecast, and how Episode could tie into streaming workflows to expedite VOD delivery as well as some other post production help.

Please check out our Telestream Live Channel this Thursday at 10:30am PST/1:30 EST

Check out last weeks post with clips from the show to see some of what I saw at CES, and yes if you notice an audio issue in my recording I did as well and I will talk about how to control audio sources in Wirecast so that doesn’t happen to you on your broadcast.

Blog Post Update: Please find the Content from yesterday’s show more or less un edited below:

Craig and I worked through a few issues on the fly, and talk about why show prep is very important.

I had a really good time doing this show, even though we did it by the seat of our pants, in a way that I am constantly advising users to avoid. I hope that this was helpful in showing some common problems and solutions for some of those problems. If there is anything that you would like to see covered in upcoming Telestream Live! shows relating to video and wirecast please feel free to tweet @wirecasthelps or email wirecasthelps@telestream.net.

Very informative. We use Wirecast all day long here. We have been confused by audio source control ourselves. Mainly when using USB devices for audio capture.. Shure, etc…. I’ll make sure all of our peeps see this before our next live webcast!
